- Our students are profitable on their first order starting their business.
- Our program provides them with an intensive order audit where we hop on a Zoom call with them before they place their first order to make sure they aren’t making any mistakes. We spot the unprofitable products and review their order line by line to assist them with the information to make profitable decisions.
- Our team consists of Amazon veterans, decades of combined active selling experience, who are constantly active in our program to assist you with scaling your business.
- Our students also have direct access to our coaches in case they need support with anything related to their business.
Unlike other online businesses, Amazon wholesale is an actual business that requires start up capital. You need minimum $5000 to get started for inventory, coaching, and operating expenses.
All I need to do is land one account?
Remember, although we’re going after smaller brands doing less than $5m annually. All you technically need is to land one account. Even if a brand is doing $100k/m total per month, that’s still $15-$30k in monthly profits just for you. Amazon is a volume game. The more times you apply our strategies, the higher chance you have at landing these accounts.
Our members usually begin their operations within 30 days of joining our program. We stress to them the importance of taking it slow and understanding the business before diving in blind. However this all depends on how fast it takes you to digest information. Some members start in as short as 2 weeks and some members take their time.
- The Wholesale business model requires the least amount of skill sets to get started. You really need to just contact brands in volume, land accounts, negotiate, and resell them.
- Private Label is the process where you create a new brand and introduce it to the market for the first time. This means finding one product overseas, branding it, creating a logo, purchasing it in bulk, getting the manufacturer to produce it, creating a listing on Amazon, taking pictures, keyword optimizing titles & description, spending thousands on advertising, and learning creative ways to market the product. I’m not saying this doesn’t work but it does take way too much money invested ($10,000-$20,000) and way too long before seeing a single return on your money (90-180 days). Even then, it’s not guaranteed to work because you don’t know if the market will like your brand and product. It takes a lot of experience to understand what a winning private label product looks like.
- Online/Retail Arbitrage is similar to Wholesale in which we’re selling name brand products to existing customers. The major difference is that in the Wholesale model we get it directly from the source and in Online Arbitrage they get it from clearance racks from Walmart, costco, or Marshalls. You’re searching the stores for products that’s selling cheaper there than on Amazon then purchasing them and reselling the products. The problem with this is that there’s only so many products that’s on discount and most websites will cancel your orders if you place too many. It’s hard to scale and you’re constantly hustling to find your next product.
- Wholesale we’re working directly with brands and distributors with their products in stock. So once we find one winning product that’s making us profit, we’re buying it over and over again. We’re simply replicating that win and keep scaling.
- A warehouse is optional. Some of our students move out to a warehouse after seeing success and others delegate their labor to prep centers.
- You can also do it out of your house, garage, or any space you can find. We have proven strategies that we give that help overcome simple objections that suppliers give you about not having a commercial space
- You have the option to never touch the product. You can work with 3rd party prep centers that receive your products from your suppliers and prep them at a per unit fee to send them out to Amazon. We have vetted out prep centers that we recommend to our members.
Our members usually see a 30%+ return on profit (ROI). So this means if they spend $10,000 on inventory, they’ll see $3,000 in profit.
- The wholesale business model has been around since the dawn of retail. Popular name brands like Crest, Colgate, Neutrogena, etc advertise their products to consumers and build brand awareness then the consumers go to supermarkets and shopping centers to purchase them. It’s very simple. We’re doing the same exact thing except we’re selling these name brand products on Amazon instead of a supermarket.
- We open wholesale accounts with brands to purchase their products in bulk and sell them on Amazon at retail.
- Since these products already exist and there’s a demand for them, we don’t have to create listing, take pictures, advertise, or market these products. We ONLY supply the demand.
- Once we receive these products, we have 2 options to sell them on Amazon, FBA and FBM. FBA stands for Fulfilled by Amazon where you ship your products to an Amazon Fulfilment center and they fulfill each customer order via Amazon Prime and take care of all of the returns and customer service for you.
- FBM means Fulfilled by Merchant is where you fulfill your own orders and ship each order to the customer directly. By doing this, you’re also responsible for customer service and returns.
- We recommend all of our students to do FBA since Amazon favors their own fulfilment method over the sellers and it will get you more sales and it’s easier to scale.
